Muslim Cat has Halal food

Halal Cat food really?

Image Disclose TV

I was so worried this poor pussy cat could not get Halal certified food, and would be sent to purgatory.

But no someone has thought of this and come up with halal certified cat food, so poor pussy can go to heaven with all those virgins, but won't have to be one of them.

Purina Halal certified cat food

Have we gone mad? Here is a company paying money to an Islamic council for Halal  certification of cat food, and we still do not know what happens to the millions of dollars paid by companies for certification. I doubt it is for the benefit of most Australians. If this is mad go to the petition and read more. Sign here

What did you eat for breakfast

This morning, when you smeared vegemite on your toast, you were giving money to the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils. Their use of your money is less than transparent, and I doubt that it is for your benefit or Australia’s. If the bread for your toast was made by Tip Top Bakeries, you gave more money to the Islamic Councils. Likewise if the butter was Western Star, or if you used Wescobee honey instead of Vegemite, you gave even more money to the Islamic Councils. You may not have known that your eating habits are supporting Islamic causes.

Perhaps you did not have toast, but Weetbix or Allbran or Kellog’s corn flakes, and perhaps you poured milk with the Woolworths or Coles brand on your cereal –  then you gave still more money to Islamic causes. If you finished your breakfast with a cup of Nescafe, you also gave money to the Islamic Councils.

Most consumers probably like yourself, who have a typical Australian breakfast, have NO idea that a portion of your purchase price is being paid to Islamic Councils for Halal certification, because most companies do not advertise the fact. At least Vegemite has the certification symbol  on the label AFIC – the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils.

Who are AFIC and what do they do? They appointed that  notorious man, Taj el Din-Hilaly, as head Mufti of Australia. A convicted criminal, and well known for his anti-Australian rhetoric (remember he called Australian women cats’ meat). AFIC received funding from Gadaffi of Libya. More recently, the NSW Minister of Education has asked the NSW police and ASIC to investigate AFIC to determine where the millions of dollars of government money given to Islamic schools has actually gone.

To say that the use of money paid by you and other consumers to Islamic Councils for Halal certification is less than transparent is perhaps an understatement, but again, I doubt it is for your benefit. If you agree with me then please   Sign the Petition  and maybe we can start to change things.

When religion overrules common sense, humanity is the loser

When religion overrules common sense, humanity is the loser

Those  Australian sheep could have been humanely shot. Pakistan is a country full of guns and bullets.

But no, religious dogma reinforced by armed police insisted that the poor sheep had to be slaughtered in the Islamic halal way - their throats cut while conscious. Many of us saw the cruel and inhumane way that was done on the ABC  four corners programme.

Whatever the politics of the issue, it would have been so much quicker, and more humane to kill each sheep with a single bullet in the forehead. They were never going to be eaten so there was no need to kill them in the Islamic halal way.

But  religion overruled common sense and humanity, and demanded that they had their throats cut while still alive. However it was not according to Islamic Law as the  heads of the dead animals did not face Mecca, and I did not notice the saying of Gods blessing, before trying to kill  them.
It was just blatant stupid cruelty.

The Australian government is funding a programme to educate us non muslims about Islam, to increase our understanding, well I am not sure I want to learn.

Multiculturalism or Assimilation

Multiculturalism or Assimilation?

Do we want immigrants to be part of Australia, or form separate communities?

Kazahkstan has no policy of multiculturalism

Muslims in a non Muslim country

Australia has a policy of multiculturalism

These real life images highlight a problem with multiculturalism.

Very few people understand what a policy of multiculturalism really means; they often think it is a policy of being friendly and welcoming to immigrants.

Multicultralism has:

absolutely nothing to do with welcoming new immigrants.

Multiculturalism is:

"the belief that it is benenficial to a society to maintain more than one culture within its structure"

and "that each culture has its own inherited ideas, beliefs, values and knowledge ..."

Multiculturalism imposes no requirement that the immigrant should accept or follow the values of Australia or any other host country. Multiculturalism justifies a license to replicate the immigrant's old culture without any obligation to the new country of residence.

Multiculturalism has been a disaster in Europe, specifically with Muslim communities living as parallel societies within their host country, following their own beliefs and laws, even with 'no go' zones for non-Muslims. The Netherlands have abandoned the policy, and Germany, Britain and France declare it a disaster.

Immigration has been of  benefit to Australia, but immigrants who will not, or cannot (owing to their religion) assimilate, are of no value to Australia, and by living in their own segragated communities may even pose a threat to the host country.

If we do not want a break down of social cohesion, and have another set of laws based on the Sharia* system, then we should officially abandon multiculturalism in favour of a policy of assimilation. Assimilation of our values of freedom of speech, secular society, gender and social equality, seperation of the powers, rule of law, fair go etc.

*Sharia is Islamic God's law -- look how the Taliban interpret that.

Contact your local MP and push him or her to raise the issue. I have had the local branch of the Liberal party pass a motion to ask the Federal party to abandon multiculturalism.

If you object to paying a fee to Islamic Councils when you buy many common foods then please                               Sign my petition

Muslim Branding on Our Food

A food company Dick Smith's Foods has come out firmly, with a policy that it is not paying money to an Islamic organisation, to have their food products certified as Halal. Hurray lets hope more companies do.

Nor have they ever been asked by a Christian organisation to pay for certification. The link above explains more.

Since apparently the fees for Halal certification are significant, I ask again where does the money for certification go to. ? I hope not overseas to Muslim organisations.

Remember that AFIC the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils is under police investigation concerning the apparent disappearance of millions of dollars of taxpayer funded money given to Muslim Schools. It has not revealed where the money it gets for certification goes.

If You object to paying a fee to an Islamic organisation which is not open about where the money goes then please   Sign the petition

I am not actually promoting OzEmite, as I prefer Promite!,  which is not halal certified either, but when you buy Vegemite you are giving some money to AFIC.

Islamic food fees you are paying unknowingly

I object to paying hidden fees when I buy food.

Do you know that when you buy Vegemite, Tassel salmon, San Remo pasta, and many other foods you are paying a fee to AFIC.

Who are AFIC? They are the Australian Federation of Islamic councils. Look for a little symbol on the label, which says AFIC.

This organisation charges a fee for certifying that the food product is Halal, and you pay towards this, unknowingly probably. Many companies pay a fee but do not show the symbol.

So don't buy the product, if you don't want to support AFIC.

The AFIC has an embracing mission statement; but its actions are not consistent with that statement. For example, the appointment by the AFIC of the notorious Taj El-Din Hilaly as Grand Mufti of Australia, was in conflict with the AFIC’s stated mission.

Taj El-Din Hilaly was a convicted criminal serving time in jail. His sermons were often anti-Australian, and his views on Australian women (“cat’s meat”) are well known. Commissioner Pru Goward said his statements on women were an incitement to crime.
Hilaly never condemned the terrorist attacks on the USA on 11 September 2001. In fact, he is reported as supporting that offence by saying it was an act of god.

The AFIC is known to have received hundreds of thousands of dollars for years from Colonel Gaddafi of Libya.Further, Hilaly appeared to support Hezbollah, classified by the Australian Government as a terrorist organization

AFIC is currently being investigated by the police over the disappearance of millions of dollars of tax payers money, given to Islamic schools, by the Australian taxpayer.

Time may tell, if it is not hushed up, whether the money was just badly accounted for, or was used corruptly to pay people, or whether some was syphoned off to give to Muslim organisations like Hezbollah.

If you do not want to support AFIC  please Sign the Petition to try and stop these companies paying AFIC a fee with your money.
